Borzen, the Slovenian Power Market Operator, has prepared a proposal amendment to existing Electricity Market Rules regarding Article 134 (transition to 15-minute ISP). Supervisory board of the company

The Government of the Republic of Slovenia appointed a Supervisory Board, which took office on 17 April 2019 and after the constitutive meeting, dated 23 April 2019, the Board is operating in the following composition: Chairman of the Supervisory Board: Mrs Mojca Kert, Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board: Mrs Alenka Kolar, PhD, Member of the Supervisory Board: Mr Jure Jemec. At the end of 2018 the feed-in system included 3.859 power plants with a combined installed capacity of 412 MWe. Support payments were lower than in 2017 (- 6 %); while the total amount of electricity produced was 1 % lower than in 2017. More information in the Periodic Report.

On 27 November 2018, Borzen in its capacity as the Centre for RES/CHP Support carried out the Auction for the transfer of the Eco Group for 2019. The subject of the Auction was the entire Eco group i.e all the electricity generated in the ECO Group in 2019. There were 5 participants at the Auction, of which 4 from Slovenia and 1 from abroad.
