Company TALUM d.d. Kidričevo will maintain the Balance Scheme membership from 1 January 2022 as Balance Responsible Party in Balance Group HSE d.o.o.

At the end of September, the Slovenian feed-in system included 3.840 power plants with a combined installed capacity of 414.8 MWe. In this period, about 2.6 percent more subsidies were paid than in the same period last year, while 4.2 percent more electricity was produced. The average amount of paid support amounted to 137.4 EUR per MWh, which was slightly lower than the average paid support in the same period in 2020. More information available here.

At the end of last week, at the annual General Assembly of Europex, the association of European energy exchanges and market operators, elections for the officials took place. Borut Rajer, Direcotr of Operations at Borzen, was re-elected to the board of directors of the organization for the upcoming 2022-2023 mandate. On 19. October 2021, Borzen in its capacity as the Centre for RES/CHP Support carried out the Auction for the transfer of the Eco Group for 2022. The subject of the Auction was the entire ECO group i.e all the electricity generated in the ECO Group in 2022. The final auction price offered by the winning company was 125,11 €/MWh. Borzen, the Slovenian power market operator, in performing its role as Centre for RES/CHP support will sell the electricity from the ECO Group for the year 2022 in the same way as in the previous years, i.e. indirectly by transferring the whole ECO group to another Balance Scheme Member’s balancing group or subgroup.
