As of today, for all participants in the energy market pursuing the Regulation on wholesale energy Market Integrity and Transparency (REMIT), the reporting of transactions on wholesale energy market to ACER is mandatory.

Borzen has prepared an integral service of REMIT reporting for all interested parties in the energy market. The new service is full of synergy, that goes hand in hand with knowledge and experiences possessed by Borzen as well as the role given to Borzen by legislator in assuring transparent energy market.

Market participants have shown high grade of trust to Borzen as we currently note down almost half of all registered market participants in Slovenia and three quarters of all Slovenian energy exchange members are included in our service of REMIT reporting. 

With this Borzen in its role as power market operator is ensuring system-defined, transparent, effective, and competitive Slovenian electricity market and its further integration into the European internal market.
