On 3 June 2022, the Government of Slovenia dismissed the current members of Borzen’s supervisory Board (Peter Žmak, Tomaž Kokot and Davorin Dimič). As of 4 June 2022 new members of the Supervisory Board for a five-year term were appointed: Mojca Veljkovič, Žiga Fišer and Ivana Nedižavec Korada.
